All pricing is per day and subject to availability.
Minimum rental period is 24 hours (unless stated otherwise).
All rentals include insurance (subject to excess, breakdown cover, mileage (subject to local limits) and VAT).
Collision Damage Waiver may be available – please ask for details.
The Damage and Theft excess may vary by location – please ask for details.
Van Rentals are subject to an overhead roof damage excess.
Additional Drivers are acceptable at an additional cost.
Drivers must have held their licence for a minimum of 12 months (or 2 years if the driver is under 25 or a non UK license holder.)
One Way rentals are available – please ask for details.
Deposits are required on all rentals.
When you reserve a vehicle with us we will assume your drop off time is the same as your pick up time UNLESS YOU MAKE IT CLEAR OTHERWISE.
Minimum age is 23, maximum age is 69 (this may vary on some makes and models)
Drivers age 21-23 or 69-72 may be accepted subject to insurance clearance (surcharges may apply)
Foreign Licence Rules - We must be able to read and understand the licence presented and establish it is valid. We can not accept an International Drivers Permit on it's own without the original under any circumstances. European Licences with the EU symbol are fine without an International licence. IDP's are intended for the purpose of translation. The onus is on the Renter to provide a translation to confirm all our Insurance Risk questions.

Cancellation Terms
We take a £100 reservation fee over the telephone to confirm your reservation. Should you need to cancel your reservation, we will deduct a one day charge from this reservation fee.
Vehicle damage at end of the rental
If the vehicle is returned with damage that was not on the original check out sheet, we will debit the costs from your nominated credit or debit card, as per the Statement Of Liability (box 46) on the rental agreement. Your excesses are clearly marked in box 27 of the rental agreement. Should you wish to pay any damages using an alternative method of payment, please advise us at the time of return.
Fuel Policy
The vehicle must be returned at the same level of fuel as when rented. Refuelling at £2.00 per litre.
Mileage Allowances
We allow 200 miles per day for all rentals up to 7 days. The weekly allowance is 1000 miles before charge, and the monthly allowance is 2500 before charge.
