When you reserve a vehicle with us we will assume your drop off time is the same as your pick up time UNLESS YOU MAKE IT CLEAR OTHERWISE.

Foreign Licence Rules - We must be able to read and understand the licence presented and establish it is valid. IDP's are intended for the purpose of translation. The onus is on the Renter to provide a translation to confirm all our Insurance Risk questions.

Uninsurable Drivers
Certain serious traffic offences will render the driver uninsurable so please ensure we are aware of any current endorsements or previous driving bans and pending prosecutions before the hire to evaluate this. Ultimately the hire may be declined.

If you cancel with at least 7 days notice there will be a £20 cancellation fee. If less than 7 days notice we will charge a single days hire for the vehicle booked as advertised on our website, minimum £30.
