Terms & Conditions

  • All pricing is per day and subject to availability.
  • Minimum rental period is 24 hours (unless stated otherwise).
  • All rentals include insurance (subject to excess, breakdown cover, mileage (subject to local limits) and VAT).
  • Collision Damage Waiver may be available – please ask for details.
  • The Damage and Theft excess may vary by location – please ask for details.
  • Van Rentals are subject to an overhead roof damage excess.
  • Additional Drivers are acceptable at an additional cost.
  • Drivers must have held their licence for a minimum of 12 months (or 2 years if the driver is under 25 or a non UK license holder.)
  • One Way rentals are available – please ask for details.
  • Deposits are required on all rentals.
  • When you reserve a vehicle with us we will assume your drop off time is the same as your pick up time UNLESS YOU MAKE IT CLEAR OTHERWISE.

    Minimum age is 23, maximum age is 69 (this may vary on some makes and models)
    Drivers age 21-23 or 69-72 may be accepted subject to insurance clearance (surcharges may apply)

  • Foreign Licence Rules - We must be able to read and understand the licence presented and establish it is valid. We can not accept an International Drivers Permit on it's own without the original under any circumstances. European Licences with the EU symbol are fine without an International licence. IDP's are intended for the purpose of translation. The onus is on the Renter to provide a translation to confirm all our Insurance Risk questions.

    One Way Self Drive Hire – Newton Abbot, Devon, England

    We also specialize in one-way self drive car rental to other destinations or airport terminals throughout mainland United Kingdom (U.K.).Renters can collect their rental car from Newton Abbot Depot and leave the car at the airport terminal check in. This self drive hire facility can also be used for other U.K. destinations that are not necessarily airports such as business addresses, homes or any of our many rental locations situated throughout the country. The vehicle is collected from the destination address. A range of vans are available for one way hire from small courier style vans up to the long wheel base.     Continental Hire Specialists-Cars and vans

    Most of our cars and vans can be hired for Continental use.If you are going abroad, give us a call, and we can advise which vehicle would suit your requirements, and arrange all the necessary documentation and your continental breakdown cover.If you need a van for moving abroad, we can supply the sizes for your ferry booking.All our vehicles are checked prior to going abroad to make sure they meet European driving regulations, which can be stricter than in this country.
