Terms & Conditions

  • All pricing is per day and subject to availability.
  • Minimum rental period is 24 hours (unless stated otherwise).
  • All rentals include insurance (subject to excess, breakdown cover, mileage (subject to local limits) and VAT).
  • Collision Damage Waiver may be available – please ask for details.
  • The Damage and Theft excess may vary by location – please ask for details.
  • Van Rentals are subject to an overhead roof damage excess.
  • Additional Drivers are acceptable at an additional cost.
  • Drivers must have held their licence for a minimum of 12 months (or 2 years if the driver is under 25 or a non UK license holder.)
  • One Way rentals are available – please ask for details.
  • Deposits are required on all rentals.
  • When you reserve a vehicle with us we will assume your drop off time is the same as your pick up time UNLESS YOU MAKE IT CLEAR OTHERWISE.

    Minimum age is 23, maximum age is 69 (this may vary on some makes and models)
    Drivers age 21-23 or 69-72 may be accepted subject to insurance clearance (surcharges may apply)

  • Foreign Licence Rules - We must be able to read and understand the licence presented and establish it is valid. We can not accept an International Drivers Permit on it's own without the original under any circumstances. European Licences with the EU symbol are fine without an International licence. IDP's are intended for the purpose of translation. The onus is on the Renter to provide a translation to confirm all our Insurance Risk questions.

    All Rentals include comprehensive insurance with a minimum £300 damage and £1500 theft excess, 24 hour breakdown cover and VAT.
    Prices include 150 miles per day and 300 miles per weekend. Extra miles charged at 12p per mile including VAT.
    Vehicles must be collected and returned within our stated opening hours.
    Child seats are available for rental at £3.00 per day.
    Satellite Navigation system available with your rental vehicle - please ask for details.
    One way rentals are available - please ask for details.
    Additional drivers are acceptable at no extra cost.
    Drivers must be over 23 with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
    Extra insurance premiums and higher excesses apply to drivers aged 23-25.
    Most driving licence endorsements are acceptable but please give us details before arriving to collect your vehicle.
    All our vehicles are now NO SMOKING.
    In the event that you cancel your reservation giving less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to a one day rental.
    In the event that you cancel a European travel reservation, we reserve the right to charge a £50.00 cancellation fee.

    We are conveniently situated on the A358, three miles south of Axminster and within easy reach of the famous and picturesque Lyme Regis (5 miles), Seaton (3 miles), Colyton (3 miles), Beer (4 miles), Branscombe (6 miles) and Sidmouth (11 miles).
