Minimum rental period is 24 hours (unless stated otherwise).
All rentals include insurance (subject to excess, breakdown cover, mileage (subject to local limits) and VAT).
Collision Damage Waiver may be available – please ask for details.
The Damage and Theft excess may vary by location – please ask for details.
Van Rentals are subject to an overhead roof damage excess.
Additional Drivers are acceptable at an additional cost.
Drivers must have held their licence for a minimum of 12 months (or 2 years if the driver is under 25 or a non UK license holder.)
One Way rentals are available – please ask for details.
Deposits are required on all rentals.
When you reserve a vehicle with us we will assume your drop off time is the same as your pick up time UNLESS YOU MAKE IT CLEAR OTHERWISE.
Minimum age is 23, maximum age is 69 (this may vary on some makes and models)
Drivers age 21-23 or 69-72 may be accepted subject to insurance clearance (surcharges may apply)
Foreign Licence Rules - We must be able to read and understand the licence presented and establish it is valid. We can not accept an International Drivers Permit on it's own without the original under any circumstances. European Licences with the EU symbol are fine without an International licence. IDP's are intended for the purpose of translation. The onus is on the Renter to provide a translation to confirm all our Insurance Risk questions.

BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE CHECK
The driver must be aged between 23-70 and have been driving for at least 2 years. To avoid any disappointments on your collection, please advise us of any points or endorsement on your licence, going back 11 years (these may be important, even if they have expired).
Documents needed on your collection, should you reserve, are: · Driving Licence (& counterpart for photo card licences) · 2 forms of ID such as a valid Passport and a current bill or bank statement (no more than 3 months old) · Credit//Debit Card ( we are unable to accept Diners) PLEASE ALSO NOTE WE CANNNOT ACCEPT CASH FOR DEPOSITS OR HIRE
Our office opening hours are Mon-Fri 8.30-17.30, Sat 8.30-11.00 and closed on Sunday. Unfortunately we cannot take returns back out of hours.
