All rentals include insurance (subject to excess, breakdown cover, mileage (subject to local limits) and VAT).

Van Rentals are subject to an overhead roof damage excess.
Additional Drivers are acceptable at an additional cost.
Drivers must have held their licence for a minimum of 12 months (or 2 years if the driver is under 25 or a non UK license holder.)

Deposits are required on all rentals.
When you reserve a vehicle with us we will assume your drop off time is the same as your pick up time UNLESS YOU MAKE IT CLEAR OTHERWISE.
Minimum age is 23, maximum age is 69 (this may vary on some makes and models)
Drivers age 21-23 or 69-72 may be accepted subject to insurance clearance (surcharges may apply)
Foreign Licence Rules - We must be able to read and understand the licence presented and establish it is valid. We can not accept an International Drivers Permit on it's own without the original under any circumstances. European Licences with the EU symbol are fine without an International licence. IDP's are intended for the purpose of translation. The onus is on the Renter to provide a translation to confirm all our Insurance Risk questions.

Rentals
The minimum period of rental is 24 hours, so the hire will end at the same time as you collect the the vehicle on which ever day the vehicle is to be returned. /n/nIf you are running a bit late please advise us as soon as possible. Additional charges may be applied if the vehicle is excessively late.
Delivery
We offer free delivery and collection within the Fort William area. We can arrange delivery and collection for other locations at an additional charge but please contact us first to confirm availability./n/n
Mileage Limits
Our prices include unlimited mileage for all cars, so you can explore the highlands without any worries about mileage charges. Minibuses & commercial vehicles are limited to 400 miles per day. There will be an additional 10p per mile (inc. VAT) charge if you go over the limit.
