Terms & Conditions

  • All pricing is per day and subject to availability.
  • Minimum rental period is 24 hours (unless stated otherwise).
  • All rentals include insurance (subject to excess, breakdown cover, mileage (subject to local limits) and VAT).
  • Collision Damage Waiver may be available – please ask for details.
  • The Damage and Theft excess may vary by location – please ask for details.
  • Van Rentals are subject to an overhead roof damage excess.
  • Additional Drivers are acceptable at an additional cost.
  • Drivers must have held their licence for a minimum of 12 months (or 2 years if the driver is under 25 or a non UK license holder.)
  • One Way rentals are available – please ask for details.
  • Deposits are required on all rentals.
  • When you reserve a vehicle with us we will assume your drop off time is the same as your pick up time UNLESS YOU MAKE IT CLEAR OTHERWISE.

    Minimum age is 23, maximum age is 69 (this may vary on some makes and models)
    Drivers age 21-23 or 69-72 may be accepted subject to insurance clearance (surcharges may apply)

  • Foreign Licence Rules - We must be able to read and understand the licence presented and establish it is valid. We can not accept an International Drivers Permit on it's own without the original under any circumstances. European Licences with the EU symbol are fine without an International licence. IDP's are intended for the purpose of translation. The onus is on the Renter to provide a translation to confirm all our Insurance Risk questions.

    • Weekend Rentals & 24-7 Telephone service

    We offer 'single day' weekend rentals on all our vehicles with a £10.00 premium on cars, a £20.00 premium on panel Vans and a £25.00 premium on Luton vans.

    This is in addition to the daily rate on our pricelist and also applies on Bank holidays
    We answer telephone enquiries 24-7 and open on Saturdays for both collection & returns and Sundays for returns only

    Our 'WEEKEND' opening hours are 09.00 to 10.00 on Saturday and 18.00 to 19.00 Saturday and Sunday. However, we can accomodate most reasonable requirements

    Fuel policy & Mileage allowance

    We operate a 'Full tank to Full tank' fuel policy on our vehicles.

    We charge a £10 (plus VAT) labour charge for refueling, with fuel charged at cost, for vehicles not refuelled on return

    We offer an inclusive 'Free' mileage allowance on all rentals, this equates to 200 miles per day 1050 per week with a small excess mileage charge

    Pets in vehicles and Smoking policy

    For health and hygiene reasons we do not allow the transportation of pets in our vehicles.

    Any evidence of soiling by animals will incur a £25.00 valet charge and any damage caused to the interior of any vehicles will be charged at full repair costs

    In line with legal guidlines there is a strict ban on smoking within our vehicles

    Out of hour returns

    We do not allow 'out of hour' drop offs of return vehicles, without prior agreement

    All rental vehicles are the renters responsibility until checked in by an employee of the company

    Age restrictions

    Drivers must be aged between 21-73

    Drivers must have held a licence and been driving for at least two years

    A reasonably 'clean' driving licence is required. However, most endorsements are acceptable, subject to insurance clearance
