We effectively self insure through our Off-shore Insurance Company for accidental damage. Third party Liability is underwritten in the Market place.

We can offer you a wide range of Cars and Vans from a variety of Manufacturers. These vehicles can be purchased, leased or rented from us.
Nationwide marketing and advertising means that the Practical Brand is becoming more apparent.

Insurance
One of the most important benefits of our Practical system is our Insurance Programme.
The premiums are paid monthly, related to the amount of Rental business you undertake, you only pay when you are earning money.
We offer a Complete Service of Premium collection, Claims handling and Accident Management. We have close Associations with our Claims Handlers who are able to process claims speedily and efficiently using their Nationwide Accident programme.
Our insurance programme is one of the most versatile in the the rental industry, and offers very competitive rates. We have achieved these by Customer Qualification procedures that work.
The Cover is Comprehensive and allows your vehicles to be driven abroad. It can apply to all groups of Vehicles up to 35CWT Vans. It also applies to all holders of Driving licences from any Country in the World.
Franchisees remain with us because of the benefits of this scheme and the Risk Management procedures we employ.
Central Reservations
With over 160 locations and a fleet of nearly 3000 owned vehicles and Strategic Corporate partnerships, we are able to service all of your Rental requirements.
Based on details you provide to us , we are able to source all your rental requirements for those Customers who perhaps want unusual vehicles or One way rentals.
You will be allocated a key Account Manager who will personally deal with you direct and ensure the Vehicle Availability.
Your Account Manager will also directly be involved from the initial booking to final invoicing.
All aspects of your Rental profiles can be analysed to ensure ongoing cost control . Bookings are normally accepted on Customers Own Insurance (COI).We will need to hold a copy of your current Insurance Certificate.
Our aim is to be a 'one stop shop' for all your vehicle needs.
We also have our own Account Customers and are able to offer the opportunity for each Franchisee to increase their Rental Revenue by participating in this scheme, and becoming a supplier as well as a Customer to Head Office.
Leasing
Should you require a more permanent Solution to your Fleet requirements, our leasing Department would be more than willing to help.
With strong links to Vauxhall, Nissan and VW, we are able to obtain Competitive quotes for most of your Vehicle needs.
These vehicles can be bought outright from us, taking advantage of our Volume discounts, or can be rented from us on short term Contracts.
More particularly on Vans, we are able to offer longer term Finance deals with the option of purchase at the end of the contract, thus giving you the benefit of any profit on Residual Values at the end of the term.
We can also point you in the direction of Finance Companies who can assist your Outright purchase.
We also offer cradle to grave management of your vehicle and arrange delivery and collection at the beginning and end of the lease.
National deals
In addition to the above we also have National buying discounts with some household names such as HSBC, Partco, Thomsons Local, ask us for details, we may be able to source it cheaper than you can.
And the Cost?
An initial Franchise Fee plus a Royalty based on your Rental Revenues (System fees), we also ask you for a contribution towards our National Marketing Campaigns (Marketing Services Fee), prices on Application.
